We want to make payments easy for you! All Amiable merchants receive three layers of support:
- The Amiable Community Director who enrolled you
- Amiable internal support team at hello@myamiable.com
- Our technology partner team who handles technical issues at 1-866-298-2103 and operates 24/7.
At Amiable, we are all about personalized dedicated support. We won't disappear when you need help the most.
The typical wait time to receive new processing hardware is 3-5 day after enrollment. Throughout this time your Amiable Community Director will contact you to obtain any additional information if required. Instant approvals can be completed within 24 hours of submission and new hardware will be shipped overnight direct to your business. Once received your Amiable Community Director is available to guide you through the entire setup process.
All Amiable merchants are placed on a month to month service agreement. You'll have the option of a monthly ongoing hardware rental or a 48 month lease to own - both options are the same monthly price. Your Amiable Community Director will ensure you fully understand your Amiable Merchant Agreement and guide you through each hardware option allowing you to choose the solution that best fits your needs.
The next business day! Payments batched before 9:00pm PST / 12:00am EST will be deposited the next business day. Daily batching can be automated during the setup of your new hardware or can be done manually.
We get why you'd ask! Though we do believe we've developed solutions and ongoing support which best fits most business owners' needs, we're not 'one-size-fits-all' and know simply there are customers we can help and some we can't. During our engagement process we aim to identify all the reasons if or if not there is a good fit or match and if we're a good fit, we can't wait to serve you!
